Need a hug?

I am on Cardz TV Gallery blog today sharing my last project for this term. Mary is just the sweetest to work with but I will be on hiatus after this project. I am taking some time off from teams for a while. I will still be posting upcoming Timeless Twine projects as I remain on that team. I am going to spend some more time with my family for the holidays, take a LONG vacation with the hub and relax!

I used the stamp set "Just Saying"from Cardz TV and I thought it was the perfect little sentiment for this panda bear. I am going to make a point to send this to a friend as I typically just make things and it doesn't go anywhere after that.

Don't forget there is always a challenge going on at Cardz TV you can join in on and win some awesome stamps. Mary has some adorable sets for just about everything.

Thanks for stopping by!

Like a Firecracker

Today I am on Timeless Twine blog. This week we were to use the colors Aqua, White & Red so I wanted to use the Firecracker Twine for my project. I used a cute kraft pillow box from Bella Creationz. A list of supplies will be below. It made a fun quick project since I utilized dies for all the cuts including the tags! The Firecracker twine just goes so well with these colors.

The paper is AC Cardstock from various color collections I have. Its my favorite paper so I buy it in the 60/pk assortments. I don't own them all yet but I do have several of each of my favorites. I tend to use the Tropicals, Brights, Earth Tones and Primaries the most so I stocked up on them when they are half price at Joann.com. Bella Creationz has loads of stuff to make super cute treats or gifts to give. Have you seen the mini coffee cups with lids? SUPER duper cute and candy and loads of other things can be put in them to create a unique, cute gift. I have done several projects with these little cups making holders.

Gifts for Friends

Today I am on My Craft Spot sharing my last projects with the October Release. It has been really fun and lots of great products to work with. I used several stamp sets & a die set that are listed below.  Its pretty gloomy here and taking a picture is challenging as I do not have my photo area set up yet. So the picture doesn't do justice to the stamped area. I also used the silver paper I love around the sentiment but it really doesn't show up well here and neither do the sequins.

I used the curvy box for the first project (link below) from MCS. The sentiment is Christmas Chalkboard set. I used Timeless Twine Simply white twine.

I used the Bow file from the Present Box SVG file for the project below. I created the file for the coffee cup holder and I think it turned out pretty cute. I used new papers my friend sent me to add the layers of pattern paper to it. I hung the "Tiny Tag" from the top and Love those tiny tags.

I thank Kimberly for asking me to Guest for the entire release and appreciate the opportunity. It was so fun to play with the stamps and I loved each set I used!

You mocha me happy!

Today I am on Timeless Twine. Stacy has these super cute little 4oz coffee cups/lids in the store and I just love them. You can put candy inside them, coffee or cocoa mixes etc. I decided to pair mine up with a Keurig cup. So I decided I would create a cut file for a holder! I sketched it out on paper figuring out my dimensions and what I needed and then created it in my Silhouette program. I did cut part of it twice just to tweak it a bit.

The box or main portion that houses the cup and keurig pod were perfect on first try. I just had to get the other part tweaked a bit. I think changing out the window shape will be cute for various occasions as well. I used some decorative paper for the cup and a punched circle just to decorate the top of the pod a bit. I didn't do a cute belly band for the cup since it went down in the holder I just kept it simple.

We are doing "Kraft Christmas" so I knew that the majority of it I wanted Kraft color and I wanted it to remain simple. I added a couple sequins from Bella Creationz and used a sentiment on the oval from My Creative Time and the oval die. The Noel is die cut from My Craft Spot's Tiny Tags and the sentiment is from there as well.

I used some see thru white ribbon and tied Cherry Red Twine on it to make a bow as well as wrapped it around the top of the box. I love the way it came out.

Owl treat you good!

Today I am sharing my cute little owl box treat holder on Cardz TV Gallery blog. I created this from a silhouette file. I failed to remember to take a side profile so you could see it was a box! I used some Christmas color tones without using Christmas papers. I love owls and this one turned out super duper cute. I used Mary's "Christmas Critter Captions"stamp set.

I used some Christmas Twine from Bella Creationz to tie the top and some Pumpkin orange twine from Bella Creationz to tie on the sentiment just for some more color. I pulled the colors from the papers. My sweet friend Brianna sent me several really cute paper pads for my birthday which is where the pattern paper came from. The solids are American Craft textured cardstock.

My Craft Spot Challenge

Today I am joining in on My Craft Spots Challenge "Sentiment as a focal point" and you should join in as well.  I decided on a slider card and this was a file I created a while back. Picture just doesn't capture how it looks too good as it is gloomy here. Exciting news is tuesday I am expecting my new camera!!!! So hopefully I can learn how to use it and get much more professional pictures. I plan to order some light boxes as well. Takes time and sure takes a lot of money to craft ha ha

So stop over and join in on the challenge!

Special Delivery

I am on Timeless Twine today and I wanted to make something that focused more on the twine than anything so I made these cute little using that fork method I shared in a video. They are super easy to make and I love the way they turn out. I think it makes a super fun bow for the presents. My photo is not the best today. Its super gloomy here and even though I have a photo tent I just couldn't get it right. I am planning on investing in a better setup for when I have days where no matter how much I try the lighting just stinks! Photo editing can only do so much sometimes.

I used some sequins from Bella Creationz
The twine I used was "Cherry Red", "Firecracker" and "Olive Green"

Fleece Navidad!

I am on Cardz TV Gallery blog today. Since the holidays are fast approaching my days seem to be getting shorter. Seems I have what feels like a half of a day to do anything lately. So I opted for a card today instead of a 3d project. I used the new "Christmas Critter Captions" . I used a silhouette image to make this silly yet cute sheep. I actually put it on an action wobble but you can't tell but its super cute!

I used some Timeless Twine Solid black twine to tie around it to give more texture to the card and an added pop. The green paper is from Echo Park it is one of my favorites! Its from the "This & That" collection. The rest of the paper is America Crafts textured cardstock.

GUESS what!!!! Mary is having a Customer Appreciation sale. It started yesterday but you have till Midnight tonight to grab them at an awesome price!!! So go...head over and get you some cute sentiment stamps!! Click here!

Guest Spot for My Craft Spot

Today I am on My Craft Spot continuing my guest spot for their October release. I made a cute little 3d fry box and dressed it up like a santa claus. I again didn't have any candy in the house so I decided it would be cute filled with sticky notes, flags etc. for a planner buddy.

I am really into the planner thing right now and all the cute sticky notes, page flags etc. and why not put those in a treat box for a friend!!

I used the adorable Tiny Tags Christmas and the Tiny Tags dies. LOVE them so much!!! I used a red ink to stamp the sentiment. Tied it with some Simply White twine from Timeless Twine. So simple but so cute!!

3d Christmas with My Craft Spot

Today I am joining in with My Craft Spot on a 3d Christmas Challenge. Be sure to stop over and join in as well. You could win a Gift Certificate to purchase some of Kimberly's awesome stamps. This release was full of wonderful sets and wonderful sentiments.

I decided I would make a 3d Christmas tree because the sentiments from O Holy Night were calling my name! I used a cut file from the silhouette store "3d Tree box" #36408. I didn't have any candy to put inside (can you believe that? That is a crime right there!) so I decided it would be a gift box to give some of my button flair away!

I used a tag that I had from the silhouette store and also the little scalloped round image to make spots for my sentiment.

Attached the little round scallop on the front of the box and attached the tag with some Simply white Twine from Timeless Twine.

Don't forget stop by My Craft Spot to check out all the great stamps sets she has and also join in on the challenge!

Planning and stamping

Today I am on Timeless Twine doing maybe what seems like not much but its the start of my planner I just got. I haven't wanted to write in it I am a bit of a hoarder and somewhat of a "preserver" I guess you would say. I love things in their new pristine condition but what is the point of a planner that I don't use. So I am wanting to start to decorate it a bit and although this doesn't look like much I have to get in my planner groove. I am very new to "decorating" a planner. I have always loved planners, I have always had several plus notebooks to jot my thoughts or ideas in.

I keep several by my side all the time. While watching tv I may get an idea on a project or brainstorm and doodle/sketch what I am going to do. I also get ideas for what to make for new paperclips.

So my dear friend who I adore more than I can put into words ordered me a Erin Condren for my birthday!!! So this beauty is getting a start. I am breaking her in slowly but I know once I get the initial start it will get easier. There is so much to get yet. Loads of washi is what I plan to get now. I would like to get the skinnies.

But you can see with Bella Creationz new "PlanNERD" and "PlanNERD 2" sets she has thought of alot of the things us planners like to use and create a great stamp set. I love the little squiggly that I stamped on one of the bookmarks. The other bookmark has lines so I stamped the "Currently" on it so I could make a list of things that are going on right now I need to work on.

The other stamp I am in love with is on set 2 and it is the stamp that you can write your project down on, date it is due and then checkoffs for all the social media sites so that you can keep track of where you shared it or what ones you still need to share on. I love that to death!!!

And then these cute little flags. I need to get some better inks to stamp colors with. I have alot of distress inks and I didn't care for the way they came out so I used a few of the CTMH pads I had.

I used the Autumn splendor twine to make some cute fringes for my bookmarks and then also added some to a paperclip to create a little decorative clip.

Autumn splendor is on sale this month so you should grab it. It is super cheap for a whole spool its only $4.50!

Grab the Plannerd stamp sets too while your at it. More stamp sets are in the shop and more coming so stay tuned for new releases!!!
