Pretty Slider Card

Today I needed to do something for myself....something that I wanted to put together and not something for any teams or projects I needed to get done. Don't get me wrong I have about 3 other things I needed to be doing but you know sometimes you got to craft because you want to craft. Today was that moment for me.

I had been browsing pinterest I am sure and I found myself at a wonderful blog. She had made a beautiful slider card and I loved everything about it. {Here is her blog and the post!} Now once you see hers and you see mine you will see I pretty much scraplifted her project because I loved it and there wasn't anything I would change. But I did want to try to recreate it in my silhouette program. I mean if I can make it happen in my program then I do it.

I love to wonder onto projects and with the instructions I come up with a pattern so that my machine does the work. I really enjoy making patterns too so its a win win for me all around. I did have another top layer for this card and I ended up not using it. I think I may in the future but I need to modify it just a tad for it to work better. So this is my unedited photos just to show you how it looked when I got done with it. I love it and I will make alot more and some other variations.

I love to find unique folds for cards, or unique shapes and who doesn't love a slider card....I am crazy about sliders for sure. Well I will have more details on my blog after I tweak my file a bit. Thanks for stopping by!
